The Green Bay community is honoring Rolland Briar, a U.S Navy Veteran who survived the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. His daughter, Bette Briar-Tilot, remembers his contagious laugh and kind nature. There are fewer than 15 remaining survivors from the attack on Pearl Harbor. U.S Navy Veteran Rolland Briar died on Aug. 1 at the age of 104.
