Carnival will celebrate 100th anniversary

CROFT Carnival will take place on Saturday, July 5 – and this year will be an extra special one as it will mark the 100th anniversary of the event. As usual, the carnival will take place on the village playing field. The theme for this year is “The Roaring 20’s” and the day will start with a parade starting from the Plough Inn at 12 noon, with floats, bands and other participants in fancy dress passing through the village.
