Will ‘FBI: International’ Return for Season 5?
- CBS canceled FBI: International in March 2025 after it completed four seasons and announced a two-part series finale.
- The cancellation follows the show's run alongside Most Wanted, which also ended after six seasons as announced simultaneously.
- The final episodes focus on the Fly Team investigating a murder of an American student in Budapest linked to a serial killer case in Japan.
- The finale, titled "Gaijin," aired on May 20 at 9/8c, featuring Jesse Lee Soffer as Agent Mitchell leading efforts to stop the international killing spree.
- While the show ends, fans express hope that International cast members might join FBI, noting past crossovers between the related series.

FBI: International Has Only So Few Episodes Left, And I'm Starting To Doubt If The Fly Team Will Have A Good Ending
With just three episodes left in FBI: International, it’s hard to tell how the arcs for individual members of the Fly Team could end. In fact, as of FBI: International season 4, episode 19, there doesn’t seem to be any sign of wrapping up the storylines in the way that FBI: Most Wanted is managing. This makes me worried about an open ending for every member, leading to an unsatisfying conclusion.
