A 79-year-old woman from Wales is broke after a dispute with her neighbour over a wooden fence. The widow, who could not afford a lawyer, was ordered in the Justice of the Peace to pay all of the businessman’s legal costs. In order to avoid bankruptcy, she had to sell her house to her daughter. “I don’t think I’ll live long after this,” she said.
