Truck driver Lex Lecomte (63) from Oss already knows what awaits him when he turns onto the highway around five o'clock in the afternoon. "Every parking space I pass is overcrowded," he says. "Then you look for alternatives: industrial estates, verges, if necessary an emergency lane. But you shouldn't be there. And facilities? They usually aren't there."
