Independent operator Urban Pubs & Bars has acquired five premium hospitality venues across London, taking its estate to 65 sites and cementing its position as one of the capital’s fastest-growing pub groups.

Urban Pubs & Bars acquires five more sites

London’s Urban Pubs & Bars has added five new venues, including four established Brunning and Price sites. The deals are due to complete next Monday. One of Urban’s existing sites, The Wheatsheaf, in Tooting The Brunning and Price venues comprise The Roebuck and The Steam Packet in Chiswick, The Queens in Crouch End, and Coco Momo in Kensington. Urban Pubs & Bars confirms the acquisition of The Prince Regent pub in Herne Hill

As we reported last month, the fast growing Urban Pubs & Bars independent pub group, has now taken over the Prince Regent public house in Herne Hill. The chain currently runs over 50 pubs and bars across London, including Canova Hall in Brixton and the Sun of Camberwell, which enjoyed a £1 million refurbishment earlier this year.
