Toluca, Méx., Luis Alberto N, identified by the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) as one of the leaders of the 300 was captured yesterday in Mexico City in compliance with an arrest warrant for his probable participation in the crimes of looting and extortion committed in the municipalities of Tecámac and Ecatepec.
This arrest is another step in Operation 'Restitution', which has allowed the arrest of other leaders and members of the same organization.
Another alleged leader of the Los 300 or Union 300 group related to spoils and extortions in the municipality of Ecatepec, State of Mexico (Edomex), was arrested, authorities reported on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
