The suspect in the crime at the University of Warsaw may not appear in court at all, claims lawyer and criminologist Prof. Brunon Hołyst. Earlier, the prosecutor's office admitted that 22-year-old Mieszko R. behaved illogically during the interrogation.

If experts conclude that the suspect in the crime at the University of Warsaw was insane, he may not stand trial at all, said Prof. Brunon Hołyst, lawyer and criminologist, in an interview with the Polish Press Agency.

"We don't know much yet, but the perpetrator will soon undergo psychological and psychiatric examinations and many matters will be explained."
