A man who was bleeding from the forehead at a train station in Seika, Kyoto Prefecture, took out a knife and began attacking one of the station staff at around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.

At around 6:30 a.m. on the 11th, a call was made to 110 at JR Hosono Station in Seika-cho, Kyoto Prefecture, reporting that "there was an injured person, and when I called out to him, he started acting violently." The Kyoto Prefectural Police arrested a man who was bleeding from his forehead and carrying a knife at the station on suspicion of violating the Sword and Firearms Control Law. No other people were reportedly injured.
