Wheeling honors veterans with new banner program

Wheeling, W.Va. (WTRF) - The City of Wheeling is honoring military veterans both past and present, through their recently launched banner program. City officials say that, between now and Memorial Day, well over 120 banners will be hung throughout various parts of the city.
