LINZ. 13 federally defined holidays exist in Austria. Good Friday, however, no longer goes to those days when the Arbeitsruhegesetz (Arbeitsruhegesetz (ARG) employees are entitled to a holiday rest. The reason for this is the so-called Good Friday Judgment.
