Frédéric Valletoux promises to ban the sale of an energizing powder to be inhaled through the nose

According to the Confederation of Tobacconists, only “a few dozen” establishments offer this substance, which is available for sale on the Internet.

This “energizing” product sold in tobaccos is inhaled through a single nostril. The substance is not addictive but looks furiously like cocaine.

A new energizing product using the cocaine codes is sold legally in tobacco shops. A “junk” that the Minister of Health, Frédéric Valletoux, intends to ban.
