A conflict between the mayors of two municipalities of the State of Mexico (Edomex ), ruled by Morena, escalated to violent levels on August 1, leaving a balance of at least two police injured and several shots fired into the air. Amid a tense discussion by a property, the mayors of Cuautitlán and Teoloyucan came to the place to defend what each one considers their territory, but the firing of firearms caused the neighbors to disperse.
