Westtown-Goshen Rotary presents care bags to West Chester Police

Westtown-Goshen Rotary Club recently presented family care bags to the West Chester Police Department with Sgt. Dave Hammond accepting them for use by families in a time of crisis. Each bag includes a large bag suitable to pack out a large volume of clothing, within a smaller duffle bag.
