Westminster Detectives Investigate Pedestrian's Death

Westminster police Wednesday were investigating the cause of a collision that killed a pedestrian. Police were called to the collision at about 6:50 p.m. Tuesday on Springdale Street just south of Westminster Boulevard. The victim was identified as 66-year-old Bobby Callum, who was transient, according to the Orange County coroner’s office. Callum was rushed to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
