ERTH announces intent to acquire Westario Power

A municipal holding company jointly owned by nine Ontario municipalities, including the Municipality of West Perth, which owns 6.25 per cent, ERTH Corp., through its regulated subsidiary, the ERTH Power Corp., currently distributes electricity to more than 25,000 customers across 15 communities in southwestern Ontario.
