West Virginia students, first responders and faith leaders unite in 9/11 remembrance

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — In Wheeling, a community service of remembrance of 9/11 took place at noon at Heritage Port, under blue skies. Citizens gathered as city leaders, school students, first responders, and the Wheeling Symphony Brass Ensemble all took part.
