West Virginia awards $1.36 million to expand substance use recovery and diversion programs

CHARLESTON — Eight organizations across West Virginia will share more than $1.36 million in federal grant funding aimed at expanding treatment alternatives and support services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, Gov. Patrick Morrisey announced Tuesday.
