SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH- Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill announced the filing of an attempted aggravated homicide charge; as well as four other serious crimes, against Petrice Shirley Mary Garcia, suspected of child abuse of a child under 7 years of age.
