West Peoria celebrates grand opening of new city hall

WEST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A ribbon cutting was held in West Peoria for its new city hall on Monday. The new city hall is located on the corner of West Rohmann and North Sterling Avenues, next to Haddads Market. The new building includes a new community room and larger offices for the members.
