West Linn clinic enters receivership after claims that doctor there sexually abused more than 100 patients

West Linn Family Health Center, the now-closed Oregon clinic where disgraced physician David B. Farley practiced and is accused of sexually abusing more than 100 patients, was placed into receivership this week, with $3 million in assets set aside to cover potential claims from additional victims.
