FGGSMit the upswing of the right-wing parties in Europe also increases the attacks of politicians: inside the German-speaking world on the principles of academic democracy in general and on disciplines such as gender and diversity studies in particular. The specialist society Gender Studies (FGGS) and the Swiss Society for Gender Research (SGGF) have already published statements to counter these (anti-democratic) attacks.
