- Hasbro Games and Nintendo released 'Monopoly: The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Edition,' available on Amazon for $24.75, designed for 2-6 players ages 8 and up to traverse the galaxy.
- Featuring characters and artwork from the movie, this version replaces classic Monopoly pieces with six sculpted tokens: Mario's hat, Luigi's hat, a Luma, a Yoshi egg, Princess Peach's umbrella, and Toad's headlamp.
- Players buy up properties like Fossil Falls and Comet Observatory while using Launch Stars as railroads. If the Bowser Jr. token lands on a player's spot, they must battle him to continue.
- Walmart reports more than 1,000 sales of the interactive 'Hatchin' Yoshi' toy in 24 hours. The toy measures 5.9 by 4.25 inches and reacts with light-up eyes and a wiggling body.
- Beyond board games, the movie inspired collaborations including an Old Spice collection featuring a 'star showers' scent. These products capitalize on the film's popularity, which serves as a sequel to the 2023 release.
