Weld County updates fees for clerk and recorder - Fort Lupton Press

Weld County recording fees will be updated, effective July 1, 2025, according to a news release on June 30.  The recording fees are now a flat rate of $43 per document, according to House Bill 24-1269. This replaces the previous fee structure, which was $13 for the first page and $5 for each additional page. Death certificates will cost $3, with some exceptions that may apply.
