The sale of the hotel plan group by Migros to the competitor Dertour is not yet in dry cloths. The Swiss Competition Commission (Weko) wants to examine the transaction further.
The Competition Commission (Comco) is conducting a thorough review of DERTOUR's acquisition of the tour operator Hotelplan. "Initial investigations have revealed indications of a dominant position," Comco said in a statement Tuesday.
In February, the Dertour Group announced that it will take over the hotel plan from Migros. The Swiss Competition Commission (WEKO) is now taking part.
