- In April, LAPD said the author was arrested after a hit-and-run pursuit; Lauren-Shriner was shot in the shoulder, released on a $1 million bond, and approved for a two-year mental health diversion program.
- The filing seeks joint custody of their two sons, Tariku and Jovanni , while neither Jillian nor Scott Shriner have publicly confirmed the split; Us Weekly sought comment and Shriner told TMZ they were `getting through a `tough time`` and that Jillian was `alright`.
