Despite heavy rains in the last few weeks in Champagne-Ardenne, the water tables of the Marne remain under normal seasonal conditions. This is due to: a very dry beginning of winter which delayed the recharging of the basement. The levels are gradually rising, but it is now spring that will tell if the reserves will actually be able to rebuild before summer.
