'We are just shocked it even happened.' QCA Korean War Veteran honored 75 years later

Family and community members gathered Thursday to honor Korean War veteran Corp. Paul Eugene Hoots from Galesburg. He died 75 years ago during the Korean War, but wasn't identified until November of last year. His family was shocked to learn what happened after all these years.
