WAYNE — Businesses have been adjusting how they operate as they face continuing challenges in the wake of the oil spill that led to a "do not consume" order for Wayne water customers. The Wayne County News sat down on Tuesday, Jan. 20, with supervisor Sis Clay and evening manager Tiny Manns of Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House at 224 Keyser St. in Wayne to learn how the water situation was impacting the restaurant.
