Iran’s Ambassador to Iraq has said Tehran is ready for talks with the US over its nuclear program but Washington’s demand for the dissolution of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Units also known as Hashd al-Shaabi is unacceptable.

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed that no party can force the country to dissolve the Popular Mobilization Forces. The Iraqi Prime Minister said that the United States has not made such a request to us, stressing that the US-led coalition's mission has not yet ended.
