Warming trend ahead in Casper area as New Year's approaches

CASPER, Wyo. –– Unusually warm temperatures along with relatively blustery breezes are ahead for the New Year in Casper and central Wyoming after a shot of winter weather over the weekend. According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, Tuesday will be 42 degrees with gusts around 25 mph.
