Russia intends to provide Ukraine with its conditions for an end to the war following the current prisoner exchange.

While exchanges of prisoners took place on Friday, 23 May, between Kiev and Moscow, it is now learned that Russia will transmit to Ukraine a document setting out its conditions for ending the conflict.
