Wallenpaupack Brewing Company outside of Hawley came away with three medals at the Great American Beer Festival held Oct. 9 to 11 in Denver, Colorado. It received bronze medals for Cracking Weisse and Cracking Weisse with raspberry, and a silver medal for Kroon. Cracking Weisse is a German sour ale.
