Going into the series against Indiana, the Michigan baseball team has been able to rely on its starting pitching to go deep into games and avoid trouble even when runners are on base. IU baseball remains a factor in the expanded Big Ten. Indiana will play in its 12th-straight Big Ten Tournament next week.  The Hoosiers have the longest active streak of tournaments made (12) by any team in the conference.
