Wagner man charged with kidnapping, assault of 7-year-old boy

WAGNER, S.D. — A Wagner man has been arrested and charged after authorities said he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 7-year-old boy, according to court documents. The 21-year-old, Marques Provost, was taken into custody on Oct. 24, and is being held on a $10,000 cash bond. He faces two Class 3 felony counts of kidnapping and sexual contact with a minor.
