Without major theatre, the construction industry has agreed on a new collective agreement, which means that wages are significantly increased in all sectors of the economy.
Success in the spring wage rounds despite an economic slump: The Bau-Holz (GBH) trade union secures a noticeable wage increase for around 250,000 employees. On average, incomes rise by 3.5 percent – thus, according to trade union figures, the increase is also higher than the inflation rate in the long term.
