Vučić: Correct first meeting with Sorensen

The European Union's Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Soerensen, met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić today during his first visit to Belgrade since taking office. Vučić expressed concern about the situation of Serbs in Kosovo and accused Priština of hindering the dialogue.

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said that he had a "proper first meeting" with the new European Union Special Representative for Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Peter Sorensen, who, he said, introduced him to the problems faced by the Serbian people in Kosovo.

Vučić emphasized the expectation that the EU will increase its engagement and maintain an impartial role in this process.
