Recent mass protests led by students in Serbia have shown that the EU's cooperation with the country's president, Aleksandar Vučić, is deeply flawed. The EU must understand that Vučić can no longer offer stability, writes the EU observer.

"Sanctions are the next step, if President Vučić and the ruling group do not want to make a breakthrough," says the MEP.
