Vouliagmeni: Criminal Prosecution for Fatal Bodily Harm to a 76-Year-Old Man and a 21-Year-Old Woman
Felony and misdemeanor offenses that - as the case may be - involve fatal bodily harm, simple complicity in fatal bodily harm, threat and insult, are included in the criminal prosecution brought by the prosecutor against the two arrested for yesterday's events on Vouliagmeni beach, where an 82-year-old man was stopped after a heated argument over a sunbed.
Criminal charges were brought by the prosecutor against the two people arrested for the fight that resulted in the death of the 82-year-old man on Vouliagmeni Beach.
After the criminal prosecution, the defendants, a 76-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, were referred to an investigator, from whom they requested and received a deadline of Wednesday (23/9).
They are due on Wednesday.
The 76-year-old is facing charges of causing grievous bodily harm, while the 21-year-old was charged with simple abetment, threat and insult.
