WILLMAR — Much of Vos Park has been inaccessible to the public this spring and summer in Willmar, as continued heavy rains and a lack of water drainage has caused most of the park to remain underwater into the month of August. Standing water has made large swaths of the park — including the basketball court, adjacent walking path and a park bench — unusable. ]]>
