The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said today in Gdańsk at the third International Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine that there can be no discussion about whether candidates enter the European Union based on fulfilled criteria, but that Ukraine has made enviable progress in a short time and if it continues like this, its future in the EU is guaranteed.
