Volunteers hit the streets of Montpelier to determine safest routes for students who walk or ride bikes to city's schools

MONTPELIER — On a cool afternoon last week, 16 volunteers teamed up with two employees from the Southeast Idaho Council of Governments, also known as SICOG, to walk the neighborhoods of Montpelier.
