- Rather than opening for the scheduled group, the facility remained closed Friday; artistic director Matthias Lilienthal defended the theater's policy of creating protected spaces, stating the format complied with state anti-discrimination laws.
- The temporary pool, which cost about €300,000 and is located on Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, remains in operation through early October; organizers intend to continue programs supporting those who face discrimination.
