vivo S2 FE arrives with a massive 10,000mAh battery
The Fan Edition targets battery-first buyers with 44W charging, IP68/IP69 durability and sales starting Oct. 20 through vivo and major retailers.
- On Tuesday, October 6, Vivo launched the S2 FE in India with a 10,000mAh battery, 6.83-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, and MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, priced from Rs 38,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant.
- The S2 FE serves as the Fan Edition of the recently released Vivo S2 and appears to be the Indian version of the Vivo V80 Lite 5G, sharing IP68 and IP69 water resistance ratings with both models.
- While the 10,000mAh battery is the device's primary highlight, the 8GB variant costs Rs 3,000 more than the regular S2, which offers a faster chip, a brighter 3,000-nit display, and weighs 27g less.
- Starting October 20, 2026, the device will be available through Vivo India's online portal, Flipkart, and offline retail stores, with launch offers providing up to 10% bank cashback for eligible buyers.
- The S2 FE enters a crowded market where devices with 7,000mAh to 10,000mAh batteries now lead the pack, positioning the model as a competitor for users prioritizing extended battery life over performance upgrades.
