Vistry Group receives planning permission to build 39 social homes

Vistry Group has received planning permission to build 39 new social rental homes for people over 55 on Cross Street, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme.  The project is a partnership with Aspire Housing and will include 23 apartments, eight bungalows and eight maisonettes.  This is the third phase of Aspire Housing’s regeneration project in the area.
