Virginia could be making steps toward becoming the next state to legalize online casinos. This week Del. Marcus B. Simon pre-filed HB 161 in the State House. The bill calls for Virginia to legalize iGaming while having the industry regulated by the Virginia Lottery Board. Virginia delegate Marcus Simon has introduced a bill with the aim to legalize online casino in the state. Alongside the submission of House Bill 161, delegate Paul Krizek introduced a bill that if passed, would create a Virginia Gaming Commission to regulate the sector.
