Villalpando accepts plea for sexual assault of a child

Alexa Villalpando accepted a plea agreement of 10 years deferred adjudication, community supervision, related to a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child from June 2025. Villalpando, 20, of Olney, accepted a plea Tuesday, March 3 for the first-degree felony charge and was placed on 10 years deferred adjudication, community supervision, assessed a $1,500 fine and is required to register as a sex offender.
