In an effort to get views, Tegna loves to use clickbait to try and get users to click the link. This is the issue when you have bosses that demand “engagement” and employees willing to do what it takes to get that. Tegna stations KARE (Minneapolis) and WFAA in(Dallas) posted the same story to their social media (I’m sure other Tegna stations did as well), and the viewers called them out.
