Video shows other BCSO deputy’s behavior during DWI arrest of one of their own

The Monday after the Super Bowl, Rio Rancho police showed up at a home for a domestic call to find three off-duty BCSO deputies who had been drinking. The male deputy was cooperative with police but the two female deputies were less than willing to help responding officers at first. A fourth off- duty deputy, Daniel Vasquez Moreno, who had just left the home and getting arrested for DWI and battery after police say he grabbed one of those deputies who is also his girlfriend.
