Rachel Bernal, 48, of Victorville, and her husband, Rodney Dunn, 48, have been indicted on federal charges in an alleged scheme to smuggle fentanyl, methamphetamine, cell phones and other contraband into Kern Valley State Prison. Dunn is currently incarcerated at the prison due to a 1996 first-degree murder conviction.
